- United States: Estimated delivery is 3–8 business days after production.
- International: Shipping timelines vary by country, typically 7–20 business days.
Note: These estimates may be affected by peak seasons, customs, or carrier delays.
📦 Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and order size.
- Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain value, as indicated at checkout.

🧾 Returns & Refunds
Since each item is made to order, we only accept returns or exchanges under specific circumstances.
✅ Eligible Returns

- Incorrect orders (wrong size, product, or design due to our error)
You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return.

🔁 How to Start a Return

- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the return.
- Replacements are sent after the issue is verified.
💸 Return Shipping Costs
- If the issue is due to an error on our part (e.g., a defect), we’ll cover return shipping.
- Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
✏️ Order Changes & Cancellations
- You may cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it.
- After that window, production begins and changes may no longer be possible.
